We deliver across Europe, North America and Australasia. Please email us for a shipping quotation to your specific country for all bulk orders. All retail orders have a 2-3 week shipping timeframe and shipping cost for small direct retail orders are listed within the online catalogue. For all bulk orders please contact us for accurate estimate for shipping timing of your order

The main courier service we use for all our UK & International deliveries is DPEX & Skynet and all orders are allocated a tracking number which gets emailed to you upon order dispatch from us. Please email us here if unsure of anything else. Thank you

1) All our items come with a 3 month manufacturing defect money back guarantee subject to normal wear & tear

2) We are a international company and we often process orders to be dispatched directly from our international supplier base

4) We can only issue refunds or exchange once we receive back the item(s) and conditions below are met:

i) We will refund or exchange if an item is delivered defective however please be assured that all orders are 100% quality inspected and date stamped with photo evidence against your invoice prior to shipment

ii) For any other reason for return we are unable to refund any postage charges applied by us or incurred by you

iii) For exchanging a incorrectly ordered item, email us for a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) after which you must securely re-package the item include any postal fee (online payment instructions given in RMA) and send to our UK returns address below;
